First Trial Customer - Or Bot. Still excited

So, I had my first trial sign up come through today for https://mylodocs.com . Hopefully it's a real person. The email address is a little suspect. But I'm still excited. I've reached out to them to see if they need any help or anything I can do. What are some other ways to convert?
