First ugly/embarrassing bootstrap homepage for SquadSurvey
Needs a ton of work - I know, lol. But where are the weak points and the strong points?
Most of the images were what I stitched together based on the MVP I was using to validate that there's benefit from the product at work.

Very interesting concept. I have read of others trying to do this and charge quite a sum for it.
Two comments:
I am not sure I understand what "retros" mean
When the page loads on my screen, it looks like there is nothing to scroll down to. The "Happy teams are ... " and the "Join the waitlist" pretty much cover the entire page. You might want to bring some of the content above the fold.
