Flare: API notification service

This is a project I have been working for some time. Flare was made of the necessity to integrate apis in a microservice environment. It remove the need to develop the whole code on sending and receiving updates from apis and normalize the notification. It's on alpha, but i'm working to put everything it needs to run as a service any time soon, but the code will remain forever open.

Any feedback is very welcome.
