Flidget — Stop guessing why your MRR is dropping

At some point, every SaaS founder hits this phase where MRR starts slipping and nothing clearly explains why. You open your dashboard, look at churn numbers, retention graphs, session data… but it still feels like you’re guessing.

That’s exactly where I was.

Users were leaving, but nobody was telling me anything. No feedback, no context. Just cancellations. I tried exit surveys, but most people skipped them. Analytics gave me patterns, not reasons.

And that’s when it clicked. The real problem wasn’t churn. It was not knowing why it was happening.

So I built Flidget.

Now instead of reacting after users leave, I can actually see who is about to churn. Flidget tracks behavior and shows which users are drifting away before they even hit the cancel button.

And when they do decide to leave, something simple but powerful happens. Instead of a boring form, a small chat opens right there on the page. They reply in one line, sometimes even a voice note. No redirects, no friction.

That’s where the real insights come from.

You start seeing patterns like pricing concerns, missing features, or users comparing alternatives. Not assumptions, actual reasons.

On top of that, Flidget can trigger emails automatically when users start drifting. So instead of waiting for churn, you get a chance to step in early and bring them back.

It completely changes how you think about retention.

You stop guessing. You start understanding.

If your MRR is dropping and you don’t have clear answers, this is probably the missing piece.

"Just signed up and used Flidget for 10 minutes. Found one brutal spot in the flow that's probably killing your conversions. Most founders would never notice it. Want me to show you exactly where?"

Flidget tracks signups. You haven't created an account. Happy to be wrong if you can share the email you signed up with.

This looks interesting. I’ve been dealing with users dropping off without clear reasons too. Would love to try this out.
