FlowDesk Version 1.2.1

FlowDesk has risen a lot these last months. From a basic AI-tool to an impressive high-valued platform with an enterprise-grade security. Moreover, these last weeks we've worked a lot with the engineering team on the attractiveness and efficiency of the platform and have implemented these new versions, that you will find in this article.

1. Intelligent Mailbox :

Before, the Mailbox from FlowDesk had not a real engine and memory behind it, the AI wasn't powerful and didn't comprehend any style/tone pattern. That said, the new version will impress many of you thanks to the AI-engine we've implemented to the Mailbox. Now, when a user connects his Gmail/Outlook, the AI analyzes automatically the tone and style pattern of the user to fully help him without changing anything about the personality of him. Furthermore, unread emails are automatically read and analyzed by the AI. After that, the AI writes responses for every unread emails and are placed in the drafts so the user can easily open it, review it, edit it and send it directly, all in one page. The Intelligent Mailbox goes far more beyond all this. When emails come in, the AI reads and categorizes all emails by priority and classifies them with badges. This helps users determine what to respond and who needs attention first.

2. CRM :

A new page has been added to the interface, the CRM. This CRM is not basic with only a list with all the clients. This CRM has been created after a lot of research and meetings to entrepreneurs, to innovate an efficient and intelligent CRM. This new page is linked to all other pages and has a well-performing and intelligent AI-engine behind it. AI can categorize clients by deal value, risks, priorities, projects and many more. Users can also link their clients with notes, documents, meetings and events. Thanks to this feature, the AI fully comprehend the workspace and detects all issues, potential risks and frauds. On top of that, you can ask everything you want about the CRM to the AI-assistant 'Nephoria'.

3. References & Sources :

This new system will increase the users' productivity up to 15 %. It includes 'references' and 'sources'. So users can select a page/section in the AI-chat so the AI has the ability to really think deeply about only one subject, the chosen subject of the user. 'Sources' is the same system but from the other side. So, the AI-assistant now always respond with the sources he has analyzed to respond. Our team have added this system so users can always review what the AI has analyzed and executed to be sure of its reliability. These sources are, as you know, clickable for the best usage of this new system.
