Flowing to My Dream: Week 1 (5/4 to 5/8)

I live my life in 108 cycles. During the last cycle I dropped a project and shifted focus to a single one (Flow to Your Dream). I off the cuff started making posts here M-F. When the cycle ended I stopped posting here. I have a built in reflection and planning period between cycles. The current cycle started on Friday, May 1st. I actually haven't finished my more detailed plan for the next 108 days, but one thing I wanted to do was continue doing daily project updates M-F so... here we are! :)

I'm going to commit to doing M-F updates on IndieHackers during 108s until I hit $3,600 MRR. If I were to make a prediction, I think it should happen within about 3 cycles from now or in about 45 tracked weeks.

I'll probably do an actual marketing campaign of some kind for the cycle that starts January 1st and if I don't hit $3,600 within that cycle, I imagine I would hit it at the start of the 4th cycle (from now).

I wouldn't be surprised if things move faster than that for some reason just because things have been moving faster than all of my predictions. I actually wasn't planning on having paying customers until this coming January but... people told me they wanted to pay! I'm still not happy with the product/service, but I'm happy that it's already providing value people are willing to pay for.

There's my prediction at week 1. We'll see how long it takes... :)

Less than a year from now, but it has more than a year of momentum behind it. :)

The bulk of my energy is actually being applied to personal reflection right now, but I want to develop some simple daily habits I can apply M-F that will help move me closer to my goal of $3,600MRR.

Today I cleaned up my email account. I hadn't really touched it for a couple of weeks. :P

While doing that I was hit with a random call from a close friend I hadn't spoken with for a long time. The call turned into another beta user of my community. :)
