Flowjobs the Webflow Jobboard

I had this Idea to create a jobboard related to Webflow. Where Webflow Designers can find easy and fast new Webdesignprojects.
After posting in the Webflowcommunity and getting some Feedback. I created a MVP!

So my questions are:

Is this useful for Webflowdesigners?
Is there a need for a specialised jobboard?
Would people pay for a jobposting?
Would Designer give a small amount of money if they get new projects through this plattfom?

I also want to get some insights from Webflowdesigners! Where are your challenges and problems to find new projects?

It would be really nice to get some Feedback on this Idea. After I validate the Idea I will build a minimal lovable product and post it on Producthunt.
