Flutter for iOS development?

I've been experimenting with Flutter development for iOS for the past 2 weeks and built a Flutter app

The app works fine but after sending a testfight link to a few of my friends devs, they all said that I'm doomed to fail saying "it's a huge mistake to build a iOS app on Flutter"

Not only that, but I've talked to 3 ios devs who started in Flutter but later had to rebuild everything for native iOS
What do you all think about this? Is this a mistake? or I should just keep going and not listen to anyone
