Folks dealing with lot of Excel conversions?

I'm looking for people who deal with a lot of files conversions to Excel (eg. turn images into Excel, PDF into Excel, voice recording into Excel).
I've had to deal with and I'm looking at productizing this in a bundle.

I've heard of CSV files into all kinds of spreadsheets. People hate working with CSV files but lots of data gets downloaded into CSV files and then... well that's the hard part. where to go?
Interesting! So your angle is not on the conversion from images/PDF to Excel, but CSV to Excel?
The pain is that most people don't know how to open an Excel or import into Gsheet, is that what you'd describe @AndrewKamphey
I might be getting your explanation a little wrong because I've never heard of anyone converting an audio recording into an excel file. Do you mean transcribing? or inserting a file into an excel document?
Many people want to insert images into google sheets.
And airtable does some interesting things with images in a spreadsheet.
Of all my customers, I've never heard of this need. Interesting niche.

I'm a businessman I suppose. I do a lot of things. When I said my customers, I meant the customers of my MSP business, who are mostly small business themselves or local government. It's interesting because I've never heard of anyone ever wanting to do any kind of conversions into Excel before. I don't see a point, but that doesn't mean there aren't any. Curious to find out what they might be.
