Follow-ups automation

Hey guys! Im a newbie in Growth and Id like to automate follow-ups to my leads in Hubspot. E.g.: I have a group of tagged contacts in Hubspot (free version) with a task to follow up them in 4 days. Also, I have a ready campaign in Lemlist with automated sending follow-ups. I just need to zap these two steps without my manual manipulation of exporting leads and adding them to the email campaign. Ive tried Zapier but it hasnt such function for these apps.

Could you recommend me something, please?
