For B2B founders, what sales stack do you use?

I made a sales funnel in Trello, but its simplicity is starting to hold it back.

I'm struggling to manage the contacts I'm reaching out to on various channels (mostly calls, emails, and LinkedIn) within each prospect.

I've seen some cool additional tools around calling, automated insights, etc, however it's tough for me to compare/contrast them all.

Would love to learn what works for you guys!

Thanks,
Josh

I'm not a sales person and I'm not good at sales, so, my opinion matters very little, but I'm happy to share.

I'm using Freshsales. I don't think it's the best out there, with Pipedrive and Close.io being really good, probably better. The reason why I'm using Freshsales is because I'm also using Freshworks and Freshchat, so, having all of these products connected to each other, sharing information, helps me have a good view of what's going on.

Hubspot has a full-featured free CRM that will let you manage phone calls, emails and deals in multiple customizable pipelines. They don't use pressure tactics to force you to upgrade to the paid version and you can stay on the free version as long as you like. There are other paid CRMs with a tons of different features but Hubspot CRM can get you very far for zero dollars.

Reviewing them now as well. Free is a nice selling point!

The elephant in the room here is SalesForce, but I'm not sure how that applies here. I suppose any dedicated CRM solution would help though? Which of those have you tried already?

I think Salesforce is for large organizations.

I think Salesforce is a bit out of my league for now. So far I've only used Excel/Trello/Evernote to track customers.
