For Sale: Luter — Complete, Deployed & Fully Tested Work Management Codebase | Exclusive Acquisition

I’m offering Luter for a one-time exclusive acquisition as a complete software asset, including the full source code, related IP, current branding and the getluter.com domain.

Luter is a fully built and deployed work management web application designed for freelancers, consultants and small teams.

It was built around a simple problem: day-to-day work is often fragmented between task managers, calendars, email, client follow-ups and planning tools, while most productivity software still leaves the user to decide what actually deserves attention next.

Luter brings those workflows together and adds a decision-support layer rather than simply storing tasks.

A central part of the product is the Daily Plan, which connects tasks, deadlines, planned work and calendar commitments into an actionable daily schedule.

Luter also includes Lume, a decision-support engine that suggests one next focus at a time and explains why it stands out. Lume never modifies tasks or plans autonomously: the user remains in control of every action.

Focus Strength complements Lume with a relative signal showing how strongly a task or follow-up stands out compared with other items of similar priority in the same workspace. It is deliberately a comparative metric, not a probability or opaque score.

Core functionality
Task management
Daily planning and scheduling
Client management
Follow-ups
Inbox with Gmail and Microsoft mail integration
Calendar workflow
Weekly Review
Analytics and work-progress visibility
Lume focus recommendations
Focus Strength relative prioritization signal
Built-in time tracking
Google Calendar integration
Microsoft Calendar integration

Task status and time tracking are deliberately independent. Starting, pausing or stopping a timer does not automatically change a task between To do, In progress, Waiting, Completed or Archived.

Google Calendar and Gmail integrations are implemented and functional. The current Google OAuth project is still in Testing and has not yet completed Google’s public verification process for the restricted Gmail scope used by the Inbox.

The Microsoft integration is configured for external users with production redirect URIs and delegated Calendar/Mail permissions. Microsoft publisher verification is still pending.

Google and Microsoft integrations
Automated test suite
Deployment configuration
Current technical documentation/configuration

Luter is currently deployed on Vercel and Supabase. The existing infrastructure can be transferred or reconfigured by the buyer.

This is not a recurring source-code licence. I’m looking for a single buyer for an exclusive acquisition.

For transparency, Luter is currently pre-revenue and has no active user base. I’m therefore offering it as a completed software asset rather than valuing it as an operating SaaS business.

I’ve decided not to continue operating Luter as a SaaS myself and would rather transfer the complete product to someone who wants to take it forward.

I’m open to serious offers and prefer to handle initial discussions asynchronously.

If interested, send me a DM here or contact me at hello@getluter.com.
