For The Love Of God Don't Build An AI Product

If you're thinking about building an AI startup to take advantage of this new and exciting technology...STOP - you're only setting yourself up for failure.

You are falling into the trap of being so enamoured by the technology that you build a product because you think it's "cool" and then try and find problems to fix with it.

This is ALWAYS a recipe for disaster - it's like making a key and then trying to find a door to open it with.

What's more, AI is a gold rush right now - and the only people that got rich in the gold rush were those selling shovels and maps.

Instead, look to for problems to solve that people are willing to pay money to solve.

There's a super easy way to do this - look at ESTABLISHED successful businesses in the world (those with paying customers) and build a competing solution.

These products have been proven to stand the test of time - there is real and long-term demand for these products and the problems that they solve.

All you've got to do is find a way to differentiate your solution from those already existing in the market.

There's a ton of different ways to do this, the approach I find most effective (and one that has the most benefits) is to build a new belief system around your product - I talk about how and why on my website www.thebluntmethod.com.

But, regardless of how you differentiate, this approach of creating a competing version of an established product is the most sure-fire way of building a successful business - it's literally what nearly every single successful business in the world has done.
