A simple question -> for your SaaS product, which of these are very important to you? Are you already building for these internally or evaluating other products or on your roadmap?
- Easy navigation for your users
- AI summarised support answers
- In-app communication (upgrade, new features etc)
- Deeper analytics (ex: exact user keywords)
- Others - please mention
PS: I'm asking this question because we are working on a product to focussed on enhancing user experience for SaaS products and I want to understand the priorities. If you have any other comments/thoughts, please do share.
I feel easy navigation and In-app communication are very important.
