Foreign founders with US companies

Hey all,

I am not a citizen of the US, but have a SaaS product selling to the US. Planning on getting my US company started.

Anyone on the same boat? Does anybody know if SaaS revenue will be taxed or considered as not effectively connected income? I have no ops in the US and don't plan to.
