Form builder with the business owner in mind

I kept running into the same problem.

Every time I needed to onboard a new client, I was bouncing between tools. A Typeform for the intake. A Calendly link for the booking. A DocuSign request for the contract. A Stripe payment link for the deposit. Four separate tools. Four separate emails to the client. Four separate monthly bills for me.

And every single one of those tools works fine on its own — but none of them talk to each other. The client experience was clunky. My workflow was manual. And I was paying ~$80–100/month combined for the privilege.

So I built Fillnetic.

What it does:

Fillnetic is a form builder where one form can handle all of it — payment collection, appointment booking, e-signatures with automatic PDF delivery, and lead capture with conditional logic. You drag in the fields you need, set up your availability, connect Stripe, and publish. The whole thing takes about 15 minutes.

A client fills out one form. They book their slot, pay the deposit, and sign the contract — all in one sitting. You get the submission, the payment, the booking, and a signed PDF without touching anything.

Where it stands today:

• Launching today on Product Hunt

• Free plan available, Starter at $9/month, Pro at $19/month

• Stripe-powered payments, automatic signed PDF delivery, webhooks on all paid plans

• Competes on price with Paperform ($24/mo) and Typeform ($25/mo) — and does more out of the box

Who I think it’s for:

Freelancers and consultants are the obvious fit — they deal with this exact problem on every new client. But I’m also seeing interest from coaches, agencies, law firms, and healthcare practices. Anyone who onboards clients and collects payments is paying for too many tools right now.

What I’d love from this community:

Honest feedback. If you’ve tried to solve this problem before and hit a wall with another tool, I want to know what broke. And if you try Fillnetic and something feels off, tell me — I’m actively building and the roadmap is open.
