Founder/CEO of mobile app/game seeking CTO to join founding team

I don't want to go into detail about the app itself here but currently development is being handled by an agency in NY. I am seeking someone to come on and work (virtually) with the current team and learn the code for our project inside and out so they can take over full-time going forward with the technical side of the app. Seeking young, talented, motivated individuals.
