Founder wanted - Australia

Looking for someone to basically take over the main reigns of my startup.
I would take a secondary role, but also help out as the main support.
Most of the launch work has been done in terms of getting it launched, getting customers and getting sales. But its missing a bunch of key things that are needed for retention, growth and future proofing. It still needs considerable honing.

The person most suited would be someone who is good at execution and getting stuff done. I have the acumen and some of the resources to get things done but it needs someone who just powers through stuff.
