FounderGigs — A way for founders to get gigs and startups to get knowledgable employees
If you’re a founder, you probably know the struggle of trying to find people who are as passionate about your mission as you are. And you probably don't want to waste time on countless job boards, or Twitter, LinkedIn, or Craigslist (hey, don't hate, craigslist still has talent) looking for talent.
Well, just recently, a couple of my internet friends started FounderGigs – so that founders can get back to doing what they do best, while passively hiring talented individuals (specifically, other founders and entrepreneurs) that are looking for work.
Right now, it's still in its infancy, but if you're looking to hire entrepreneurs with different skill sets, this might be best for you. Go ahead and post a job, they have thousands of founder/entrepreneurs ready to be hired.

This is a super cool idea. the other issues is that Founders don't wanna signal that they are looking for work because it sends a bad message. Would I be wrong in seeing this more as a collaboration community as opposed to a job board?
