I built an AI command center for solo founders raising capital — here's why
I'm raising a $2.5M seed round for my other company (Quantar Network, post-quantum blockchain infra) completely solo. No co-founder, no ops person, no fundraising assistant.
A few weeks in, I noticed the actual bottleneck wasn't the pitch itself — it was the tooling. My pitch deck lived in one doc. My investor list was a spreadsheet I kept forgetting to update. Every cold email got written from scratch. Runway math happened in my head, usually at 2am.
None of these are hard problems individually. But switching between five tools just to do one task (follow up with an investor) adds up fast when you're doing it alone.
So I built FounderOS — four AI modules in one dashboard:
- Pitch Deck Generator: describe your startup, get a full investor-ready deck in under 60 seconds
- Investor Pipeline: track funds from cold to signed, with AI scoring how well you fit each one's thesis
- Cold Email AI: generates outreach that doesn't read like a template
- Financial Dashboard: runway, burn, and an honest AI read on how urgent your raise actually is
Stack: Cloudflare Workers + Pages, Supabase (auth/db), Stripe, Claude (Anthropic) for the AI layer. Built and shipped solo over a few weeks.
$29/mo to start, no free tier — I'd rather have 50 people who are seriously raising than 5,000 who are just browsing.
Live at myfounderos.app. Would genuinely love feedback from anyone here who's raised solo — what did you wish existed?
What I'm curious about is whether the frustration came from the number of tools or from the amount of judgment required between them.
Updating an investor pipeline, writing outreach, deciding who's worth following up with, thinking about runway...
Those all happen in different places, but they also involve very different decisions.
I'm interested in what convinced you the problem was fragmentation rather than something deeper.
