What's been surprising: most people don't come for the dashboard. They come for the weekly email — a plain-English summary that tells them what actually happened in their business that week. The dashboard is what makes them stay.
Next up: expanding integrations (social + email platforms) and building out the "what should I fix next" question directly into the product, so founders don't even have to ask — it just tells them.
Building this solo, so if you're a fellow indie SaaS founder, I'd genuinely love to hear what "knowing your numbers" means for your business.
The weekly email being the entry point is a strong signal.
Are founders mainly staying because the dashboard helps them investigate the email’s insights, or because it becomes useful independently over time?
