Founders building globally: how are you handling translations?

One thing I've noticed talking to indie founders:

A lot of us spend weeks obsessing over copy... then translate it with a single AI tool and hope for the best.

Recently I started using MachineTranslation.com, and the interesting part isn't the translation itself, it's that it lets you compare outputs from multiple AI translation models instead of trusting just one. The platform also has a feature that picks the translation most models agree on.

It made me curious:

If your product has users outside your primary language, what's your localization workflow?

  • One AI translator?
  • Human translators?
  • Community translations?
  • No localization yet?
  • Something else?

And for those who've translated their product, what was the most surprising mistake you found after launch? 👀

I feel localization is one of those things that seems easy until your first international users start pointing out awkward translations. 😅
