Founders - If you have Run Rates I'd Like To Ask a Few Questions

Hi.

Scoping out a concept/project, and looking ahead a bit. If one gets to a level of success, there's going to be cashflow. At that time, it's way too late to think about (or try) to add security around the operation.

The time for these thoughts, and walking through some of what's needed, as well as when, is much earlier than you think.

So, I'm interested in talking to a few people who've gone through this process.

Where are the hurdles?
What are some of the hurdles?
Customer Data, Internal Processes, etc
What kinds of systems did you put into place, has this changed?
What about the people you work with, trust, etc? Who has access to hat systems?

Thinking about these issues is critical. Resolving them will be equally so.
