Founders who build the best things are the worst at explaining them.

I'm good at building. I'm bad at telling people about it.

I noticed it every time I had to explain my last company. Came out fine one day, terrible the next. Flat with investors. Vague with customers. Kind of hollow when I was trying to get someone to come work with me. Same company every time. I just couldn't say it the same way twice.

And it matters more than I'd like. The story is how you raise, how you hire, how you sell. Which is a little unfair, because the people best at building the thing are usually the worst at talking about it. The good talkers keep winning rooms they didn't earn.

So I built Meddah, mostly for people like me.

It interviews you once, learns what your company actually is and how you actually talk, then tells your story back the way a specific room needs to hear it. Investor, customer, hire. Same truth underneath, shaped for who's listening.

One thing I was strict about: it doesn't make stuff up. Only your words, only what you gave it. I didn't want a tool that makes every founder sound the same.

It's early. I ran it on my own company first. First story's free.

What I actually want to know: does it sound like you, or does it sound fake? I'm still not sure, and I'd rather hear it's broken than get a polite upvote.
