Founders who want to improve their mental health, can you try my app?

I spent a long time struggling with my mental health. I had a lot of anxiety and poor self esteem. I eventually found some success with cognitive behavioral therapy.

I was able to improve my mindset by practicing with just a few tools. They honestly changed my life and I’m hoping to share them with everyone.

Even if you’re not suffering from anxiety or depression there are tons of benefits to CBT that I would recommend to everyone. For example, did you know that people who practice gratitude each day are more likely to recover from illness faster?

    Hey John!

    This app looks simple and effective way to track your mood.

    What I like about it is that it doesn't seem to do too much, which is an issue I see with a lot of mental health apps. They often overwhelm you with Sign Ups and multiple page questionnaires, which often makes me more anxious than I was before.

      I feel the same.

      The lesson here is: "if your niche are anxious people try to get better, don't make them more anxious" :)

    Mental health is super important, and I think it's amazing you're doing this. I'm going to give this a try. Are you doing this purely out of a sense of mission?

      Thanks! Yeah, I'd say it's half about mission and half that I have a personal goal to build something that people want :)

        I gave it a try, and so far so good. I like the idea. We'll see if it sticks but it definitely speaks enough to me that I want to keep at it and see how it works out.

        Also, the app is really clean, and nice to use.

    I like the idea of your app, I mean, it isn’t a new idea to do such kind of an app, but I like the realization. It really helps to organize and to remind you what happened during the day. Good work, I even downloaded it on my device.
