Founders with a team, how do you hire remote employees? 🍗

Hey founders,

I'd like to poll how you currently hire your remote employees?

Do you hire them as contractors (freelancers) or as full-time employees (through EoR services)?

I'm the founder of Rivermate (we help companies hire remote employees) and we're thinking of adding the option for customers to hire their employees as contractors as well :-)
