Fourth Iteration of Landing Page

We were not satisfied with our previous landing page and improved copy writing, positioning, and design. Here you go https://turtle.community

Hey, here is my first impression:
After spending 1 minute on your landing page I still don't think I have a very clear idea about what exactly the app is about. So I would leave the page without signing up. So maybe I would work more on getting the main headline right. Also, having the screenshot from the app is helpful, but in this instance, I would really think about how can I better communicate the purpose and value of the app for someone who landed on your page for the first time. Hope that helps.

Thx, for the feedback. What you do not get or understand?
What do you think Turtle is about? Can you put this into your own words?
This would be extremely helpful for us :)

        Sure!
Tbh, what I understood is I somehow would be able to share links to some useful content. But I was still not clear about if this is a separate platform or just an integrated web/mobile feature that would help me to share the content with my existing network.

        1. 1

We thought that "The network for exchanging, finding and saving valuable content" would make clear that this is a separate platform.

          Which term would you prefer?

Hi, I see you made a couple of improvement. However it still smells like a better bookmark manager when I read the following:

"Do you still share articles via email?
Are you burying links in a bookmark manager and never find them when needed?
Sending links to yourself in a messenger?"

Also you could me more precise than that: "The network for exchanging, finding and saving valuable content"

    Good luck!

Thanks, I agree that the problem statements don't completely fit to the UVP and solution.

We are currently identifying the target group that will benefit most from Turtle in order to specify the UVP and improve positioning. It could be interesting for startups as you can find helpful tools in a condensed form.

For startups, I would prefer collaborative bookmark like https://raindrop.io/ rather than social sharing

        1. 1

What is collaborative bookmarking for you? Creating a list of bookmarks, inviting people to this list, and/or sharing this list with the public?

          1. 1

It's like shared folder for bookmark. It allows to have a common list of bookmark within a team. No need to have it public.

            1. 1

If the bookmarks are only available in a team, you have to invite people to join this group. However, you can't know in beforehand which people will give the most valuable input. Therefore, I would rather prefer a public place where everybody can participate. What do you think?

              1. 1

If you prefer to have a public bookmark, that's your personal preference and I have no opinion about it.

If you ask for my personal preference, my answer is a collaborative bookmark accessible to the team.

It does not mean that my preference is any better or worse than yours, it is just one data point out of the hundreds data points you will need to collect in order to understand your market.

                1. 1

Fair enough, thanks for your feedback.

Might help to post the landing page link.
