Hi Everyone!
I am keen on validating pain points for product analytics users. If you are either a product, strategy or analytics leader - I would love to hear from you! I invite you to complete a 5 minute survey I have attached in the links.
Thank you!
Validating pain points through decision framing is an underused approach. Most founders jump to 'would you use this' instead of 'what decisions are you making without the right information.'
For solopreneurs, the decisions problem is particularly acute. They're making 20-30 business decisions a week across clients, projects, and revenue - but almost none of those decisions are being logged or tracked. A year in, they have no institutional memory of why things were built or changed.
Building a Solopreneur Notion OS that includes a dedicated decisions log as a core database, linked to projects and client CRM. Would love to know what decision-tracking behaviors you're seeing in your validation work.
Hey! Not seeing much in decision-tracking as that's mostly dependent on the client - they can extract the Decision Pack and keep it in their repository as they see fit. Thank you for engaging and your feedback. Paulina
Hi Paulina, try what I built to solve the real issues for founders and builders like you : meldgtm dot space. What I thought was that all builders would like to hear the real voices from market but I also knew that too many fake news and buzz out there. Meldhive is actually collect real voices from the market and believe or no, people out there already talked about the real pains that you aimed to solve. So find them, sort them, make them structured to be used by builders and founders like you. That matters.
Hey! Checking it out now, thank you! Paulina
The validating pain points first is the smartest way to build. Most founders skip this and end up building something nobody wants.
Since you are already gathering data from analytics leaders, you should join the Validation Arena (tokyolore.com).
It’s a $19 sprint where you turn your research into a real win.
The prize pool is at $0 right now, so it's the perfect time to get in early.
The grand prize winner gets a trip to Tokyo! 🏆
I checked this out, sounds really cool but there is no overlap with Japan sadly, though I'd love to visit your country! Thank you for engaging. Paulina
