Hey 👋 happy to offer feedback here.

1. At first glance (or the 5-second grunt test), I can tell this site is some sort of design service that offers quick design of MVPs, websites and brands. 7 days and $5,000.

2. I don't currently need these services, but I have in the past and work in the industry. Scrolling through the site, I have a ton of questions the FAQs don't answer. Here they are:

A. Define 'MVP'? What, specifically, is covered within your definition?
B. You mention you work Mon-Fri, but it's a 7 day turnaround. So is that 7 working days?
C. What if I only need branding? Or a website? Or an MVP? Do I get a discount? I don't like the idea of dropping $5k for a website if someone else gets an MVP, a website and a brand design out of it.
D. Branding is a fluffy term. What does that cover? Visual identity? Brand personality? Purpose/mission/values/tone of voice, etc? What are the specific deliverables?
E. What guarantees do you have in place to make sure you fulfil your 7 day promise?
F. Why don't you use Adobe?
G. There's only three of you in the company (not a problem - all for it!) so is there a cap on the number of clients you take at any one time? Is there a waiting list? How soon after I pay you do you start?
H. What time zone do you operate in?
I. How do we communicate above and beyond the 3 day check in?
J. Lastly, as I review the site further, I'm not clear on whether this price includes the development too? Or is that extra?

3. Visually, it's very clean and simple. I like the colour choices you've gone with. I'd like to see more emphasis on the portfolio, maybe focusing on live sites you've worked on (unless dev isn't in scope, in which case I understand why you've not done that, as what you create vs what a developer implements is very rarely as clean). Linking out to live sites instead of a Figma file just makes it feel more legitimate to me.

All in all, it's an interesting concept. I just need more information about it. It feels like the start of a sales pitch, enough for me to want to hear more, but not enough for me to contact you to get that info.
