I've got some free time for the next 2-3 months and I have a few ideas on the backlog that I've been burning to ship. However I'm trying to come up with a framework to decide on one?
I'm thinking of Effort, Revenue Potential (within MVP Stage) and appetite?
Any thoughts?
Before you decide on an idea and invest a lot of time and money, you should find out if there is a market for your product and if potential customers are interested. You can do some tests before you even create a prototype. Before you start working on your real product, you should already know what added value it can offer your customers. I recently discovered a template that you can use to validate your idea: https://miro.com/miroverse/bul-framework/
Choose the one you're most excited about, don't worry about the rest.
Validate and start building the basic version.
Whatever you have some experience with. Don't lose time thinking about a framework. Start building and start shipping!
If your idea works, you'll have time and resources to pivot to whatever the market needs.
