Free chat plugin for wordpress? With FAQ- and "call me up" function? Hell yes!

Hi guys,

I'm on the lookout for a chat plugin for my wordpress site that have the following functionality:

• A Chat (no fancy chatbot needed)
• Call me up-function, a user can enter their phone number to let us know they want us to call them up
• FAQ section, where user can find the answer to their question before chatting
• it's free (or have a nice free trial at least!)

Do you know of anything like this? I would be forever grateful if you did.
