Every day, I send a lot of screenshots. The default app on Mac is useless. I have to do so many steps: take a screenshot, save it, annotate it, save it as an image, then send it as an image in chats. It takes me a few minutes. But it should take just a few seconds.
My second use case is sending feedback to my AI agents, and I’ve found they make much better edits when I provide comments and annotations on the screenshot.
So I built this app. It lets me instantly capture screenshots, annotate them, and share them in one click. The same goes for any agent.
It can do everything the native macOS screenshot tools can do, but better. It’s like a child of Figma and the native macOS screenshot app.
Looking for a feedback
oh, sh....t, appreciate it man
Could you elaborate on the idea of instant visual context for AI prompts?
The main advantage is the built-in editor—did I understand that correctly?
built-in editor -> share with an agent function – yes.
Congrats, smart move!
Taking screenshots and annotating in one step would be a big help to anyone who use AI for their products UI/UX. A friend of mine is building his first project and Claude has been eating up tokens as he gets it to fix his UI. I told him its because he's giving it his code and a link so those are burning thru his tokens and its way better to just give it a screenshot - I'm surprised a lot people don't know this. SeenShot would be perfect for him - unfortunately he's a Windows user.
