Free job board?

Hi all,

I've built this small MVP job board for Latin America -> https://latamremote.com/

When Corona started back in 2020, we all know lots of companies went remote, and a lot of companies in the United States were looking for tech talent abroad, mainly in Latin America, because the time zones overlap, and there was also no solid job board for all Latin America.

There were only local job boards such as only for Mexico or Argentina, etc.

Currently, I'm doing the SEO myself and get already getting 3-5 organic clicks every day (I launched it last month in May).

I'm planning on making it free for 12 months or maybe forever and looking for other ways to monetize the platform.

Maybe charge for extra services, such as sharing their job posts in communities, groups, telegram channels, etc, etc.

What are your thoughts?
