I realised there is not much content out there that truly supports young marketers. There is a big gap between the theory they learn at the uni and the hands-on work.
The content available on the Internet doesn't teach them the fundamentals and so they jump right into the deep ocean when starting a new marketing job.
That's why I just launched a substack newsletter for young professionals starting their careers in marketing.
