Free Trial vs Free Tier for SAAS
Curious to hear opinions on having a 7-14 day free trial vs having a free tier for our voice survey tool. Trying to figure out which one works best for us.

I'd personally opt for selecting a free tier option over the trial. Signing up for a free tier usually requires less work over trial (reminders, removing cc, cancelling, etc.).
