Hey!
TLDR: Leave a link to your product in the comments and for free I'll highlight quick UX wins you can make. My focus will be: sign up, onboarding, first experience, extract value from your product. Features that directly impact user retention.
When you work on a product for too long, you get a bit of a tunnel vision.
As a developer myself, I know we forget to see things from the first-time customer. They wait for your invite from the join list, find time to sign up and try out the product, get excited to see how might you solve their problem—only to churn at the end because they can't figure out how to extract value from your product. You can reduce chances of that. Sometimes it's about positioning, but sometimes it's just about small UX things: onboarding copy, call to action buttons, layout clarity.
I worked as a product designer & developer (https://igor.design) for 10 years in music, gaming, ecommerce, b2b & e2e software. I lead design reviews in product teams, and built 2 of my own SaaS as well (https://collecta.space), (https://3vit.app).
I honestly enjoy solving UX challenges, so I'd be happy to help someone at the same time!
So yeah, shoot a comment with your product link (must be working, no waitlists) and I'll spend 5—10 going over it with beginner's mindset and see what small UX wins you can make today.
