Great list! I run a problem validation platform - needgap, if a startup solves a problem listed there then it can promote its product in comments and reach directly to those who might want its product.
If you think needgap suits your list, then you can consider adding it.
One thing I would ask myself when posting to these sites that you find in many submit-lists is: how do cut through the noise? If there's 1000s of startups being submit there every day.
