Freelancers, how do you charge and manage your clients?

I charge and invoice via Stripe and PayPal

    I have Stripe integrated with Calendly (this is how my clients book 1:1 sessions with me). For all other things, I will send them a PayPal invoice

I really liked waveapps, but they were acquired by H&R Block who have done some pretty shady stuff so I too am looking around for new software.

I think stripe offers invoice generation I may give that a shot.

I used AND.CO in the past. It was the best tool (not so much now as the free plan is quite limited)

I use https://www.tiime-ae.fr/ for invoices - it's all in French though

    Payments are always done by bank transfer, this tool doesn't handle them.
    I don't use anything to manage my clients' contacts.

I manage my clients in Airtable as my CRM, invoice through Stripe or PayPal.
