I'm realized this is why I confuse customers. I'll ask, what fast casual experience do you want versus why do you eat fast food?
I'm finding & narrowing in on simplier words and phrases that get to the point compare to the high-level and general sales and marketing jargon that doesn't drive folks to fix problems.
