EPIC by end of April 2019:

    Launch version 1.0

    • finished MVP of text generation logic
    • configure daily auto-deploy on Netlify thru Zapier

KUDOS: @Zencentric for sharing their story

    WIP: https://wordsofmetta.com

Text generation is cool - I'm working on a similar idea - generating names from given words. What kind of text generation are you doing?

      1. 2

I'm not doing anything fancy at all, just some primitive templates and text substitution in Python, a dozen lines of code for the main piece of logic. Thought about using RNN for this, but that would be a rabbit hole not worth going down for this kind of project.

What are you doing for text gen?

    2. 1

thanks for mention my post :)

    EPIC for April:

    • Wrote out some blog post topics that I can work on in the future
    • Took a look at how bad my site SEO has gotten since the redesign.

    • Fix converting pending list to completed list
    • Make some lists
    • Get ready for soft launch next week

WIP: https://www.makerspartlist.com - if you have time try signing up and creating a list, would love to hear any feedback...somethings may be buggy :)

    1. 1

Hey, cool idea. I had to click on the 'Lists' link to find out what its about - I'm guessing its to share lists of items that maker youtubers need to make their videos - am I right?

You might want to make that a little clearer in your copy - right now, its a little hard to understand what the site does when first visiting it. Just my 2c :)

      1. 1

Yup thats it. Thanks for the feedback. Yeah right now the landing page is geared for the youtuber. Im going to work on the copy today though and see if I can make it better.

With my confidence low and my mood swings high - I'm focused on managing me today. Taking a break from job hunting to gain self-awareness and level up my skills to combat objections from job recruiters and customers. Trying to get a few quick wins to boost up my spirit for the upcoming week.

    1. 1
