have you looked into any transcribing services? I used to do it for my sales calls and it was a pain to do by hand
Yeah, I do use a service. The audio was recorded with VoiceMemo and the transcription missed a lot of audio since there was a distance between the speakers and the device.
Still, I'll edit the transcripts even if it's 80% accurate because these are sales calls and customer interviews. Missing info is always crucial info - can't take that chance!
