📍From 0 to $225 MRR in 50 days, while in highschool

Hey indie hackers, Vic here!

I made a post, not too long ago, about my first month bootstrapping my SaaS at 16, so I thought about following it up with an update : )

Around 20 days passed since that post, so here are the stats:

What went right?

  1. I managed to attract 4 companies to get listed on the platform, without paying for any blog placement, ads or any other paid promo.

  2. I finished programming the publisher dashboard and the feedback for it has been great so far!

  3. The revenue had a really healthy growth, with only 8% churn rate, so I am really content with that.

What went wrong?

  1. I feel like I was a bit inconsistent with posts on Reddit, Twitter, Blog and TikTok, so I am working on posting daily on my road to 500$ MRR

  2. I didn't focus enough on customer feedback, so I am trying to improve this in the following weeks too.

  3. I have yet to develop an emailing system, and I had some customers complaining about it quite a lot.

How do I plan to move forward?

I have quite a big list of things that I want to do in the following weeks, I hope I will be able to check most of these, while also attending most of my high school classes xD

Anyway, I am curious about what you guys think about my journey so far? What can I improve, do you have any suggestions? Looking forward to hearing your opinion in the comments!

Cheers ✌️

    Loving the journey so far!

I recently had a lot of success on Reddit, if you really want to double down on posting daily, I'd recommend this Reddit keyword monitor called Surfkey.

    It's by @JohanCutych 👍
