From 0 to... something?
Decided to try running two really small micro-SAAS projects and document the entire process on a weekly basis. Validated both ideas here right on Indiehackers and I'm hoping they will turn out to be interesting!
So here goes the first week update.
Week 1: Created super simple signup sites and validated my ideas on Indiehackers. Spent around two hours designing, creating, and distributing the sites.

Edit: Due to the community requesting more data regarding the first week I will be posting more data from now on. As for the first week data, I had 4 email sign-ups on each site in two days. Not stunning but also not bad for two hours of work I think!

I simply shared it on Indiehackers' Idea Validation group page and tried it on https://news.ycombinator.com/. Do not recommend this kind of stuff on ycomb tho haha.
I posted my "stats and results" (if one can call it that haha) on the post through an edit. I'll include them from now on!
Nice! I agree with the other comment that you should give more detailed updates. Given it's the first week, there may not be more than what you posted, that's okay.
If you're trying to turn these two sites into businesses - you might benefit from focusing on one at a time. If you decide to do both and justify it by saying they are small, you may end up missing out on building some key features customers of one or the other want that would take it to the next level.
That said, I think they are both good concepts! Keep getting feedback and iterating :)
Thanks! But yea, I really didn't do much the first week.
I will probably slowly lean towards one as time proves which is the more viable business.
Better yet, hopefully I can get someone to work with me on these so I can do both :3

But to make this actually useful or interestig, you'd need to give more detailed updates.
For example in this week's update, many could be interested in knowing how many signups you got for each of the ideas.
