From 2 hours of manual typing to 1 click: How I’m building ParserData 🚀

Let’s be honest nobody likes manual data entry. Staring at bank statements and invoices for hours is the ultimate productivity killer. 😫

I built ParserData with one simple goal: to turn that "2-hour headache" into a "1-click win." I wanted a tool that doesn’t just "read" documents, but actually understands them and gives you clean, structured data in Excel, XML, or JSON instantly.

Today I hit a huge milestone for the project: I finally reached a 100% completion score on Gartner Digital Markets! 🏆 ParserData is now officially ready for publishing on Capterra, GetApp, and Software Advice. It took a lot of late nights to polish every description and feature, but seeing that "100%" makes it all worth it.

What's next? Now that the foundation is solid, I’m focusing on gathering feedback from real users.

I’d love to hear from the IH community:

  1. What’s the most annoying document you have to deal with manually? 📑

  2. Any tips on how to get the first 10 reviews on Capterra?
