What I did right was meet the people , all my clients I personally welcome them and I do not really focus too much on the pricing of the products since they know it's a great deal for them, but rather what value are we bringing, for instance if you bought the creator pack and you only need the maker pack, then we refund you no questions asked! It's a mix of genuine engagement with the people and joyful customer experience!

Yea, got starstruck myself but I can people value the content we deliver them and that makes it way better in terms of feeling like the products are a success!

My agency just makes great content! so we had a lot of clients that either knew me from my days in Oracle and Consensys or word to mouth mainly, we did not spend a dollar on marketing just making content and having an excellent reputation for creative content creation!
