From 75 to 600 Twitter followers in 6 weeks by following some tips; Does it work?

Actually, this was the reply to one of my tw500 issues this morning.
My original goal was to help small-sized twitter accounts that have under 75 followers reach to 500. From then on, they can do on their own.
That's why I created tw500. It's an (ongoing), newsletter course. And you still can register, it's a sequence of emails you'll be getting in your inbox.
I'm not a twitter guru, but I like sharing things that I know. Even some abstract ones, like these.
Emails are delivered weekly, and each of them has some kind of actionable item or task that you can start doing till the next email. Of course, you'll have to bring something into the game too (your values).
