From Airbnb to SaaS: Why I Started Building Pinggle

I run an Airbnb property — and the biggest headache?
Coordinating with cleaning staff.
After too many missed messages, unclear schedules, and stressful last-minute calls, I decided to build a tool that solved this problem for myself first.

That’s how Pinggle started.

I Spent 1.5 Years Stuck — Here's What I Won’t Repeat

Before Pinggle, I spent over a year and a half circling ideas without real progress.

I obsessed over high-tech ideas with no customers.
I told myself I was “pretotyping” — but really, I was just thinking and researching too much.
I kept waiting for the perfect time, perfect features, and perfect pitch.
Every idea felt promising in my head, but I never tested them in the real world.

Eventually, I realized:
Nothing moves until I do.

From Now On: Action First, Always

I made myself a new rule:
🚫 No more guessing.
🚫 No more endless ideation.
🚫 No more waiting for clarity.

Instead:

Ship fast — even if it's ugly.
Talk to people — even if it’s scary.
Test early — especially if you’re unsure.
Prioritize momentum over perfection.

This mindset shift saved me.

What I Learned While Building the Pinggle Landing Page

There are already dozens of tools for any problem — but 99% are not opinionated enough. Clarity is your edge.
Writing a one-line pitch is more painful than writing 1,000 lines of Python.
Doubt is constant. But answers don’t come from thinking — they come from launching.
The urge to perfect is real, but unnecessary. Good enough is good enough.
