From an SEO standpoint does it hurt me to include a lot of links in blog posts? ie. https://www.mezzolio.ca/post/helpful-customer-support-engagement-tools-2019
Yes, it will affect the ranking since there is less content and more links in a page, which is not useful. I would suggest to add more contents and provide links to your anchor texts. Which will help more to your site. :)

No it doesn’t hurt you. But like Kyle said that page won’t rank because there isn’t enough content.
The way you've done it, Yes. Your page doesn't provide any value to the user because it's basically all links. It would also be passing all of its authority off to the linked pages. This page won't rank well. Yoast(the WordPress SEO plugin) recommends providing 2 links to external resources within the context of valuable written content. I don't think your page is doing this at all.
