From chaos to clarity — I built KitlyHub to help founders launch faster (and stay sane)

Hey Indie Hackers 👋

I built KitlyHub out of necessity.

As a solo founder, I was tired of wasting hours piecing things together — brand kits, sales copy, pricing pages, AI prompts — all scattered across Notion docs, ChatGPT threads, and Slack messages.

Every launch felt like starting from scratch.
Every delay cost time, money, and energy I didn’t have.

So I created what I wish existed — a clean, curated digital vault to help founders launch faster, without the chaos.

What’s inside KitlyHub?

We just launched our first release:
🧠 The AI Entrepreneurs Vault

It’s packed with:

  • ✅ AI prompt packs (tested, not recycled)

  • ✅ Sales & pricing templates

  • ✅ Launch docs, email flows, brand kits

  • ✅ Ready-to-use dashboards and workflows

Not just a time-saver — it’s a cost-cutter and sanity-saver, too.

Why I built this

I’m doing this while working a full-time job, raising a baby and a toddler at home. I built KitlyHub in early mornings, late nights, and scattered moments in between.

I know what it’s like to juggle life and a big vision — and I didn’t want to waste another month stuck in a sea of browser tabs and blank pages.

Founders like us don’t need more tools — we need traction.

What’s next?

This launch is just step one.

I started with the AI space because that’s where I struggled most. But KitlyHub is growing — we’re already building:

  • 🏋️ The Fitness Coaches Vault

  • 🏘️ The Real Estate Vault

  • …and more, based on feedback and demand.

Each new vault is shaped by real conversations with experts and creators in their fields — not just generic info dumps. This is a living, evolving platform — not a one-off product.

I’m really proud (and a little nervous) to share this. If you’re building while balancing life, kids, or a day job — this one’s for you. Would love your honest take on KitlyHub and where you'd take it next.
