Hi Everyone! A few years ago, I launched a SaaS startup with my partner. It was exciting to create a new platform and website. And as we are both qualified developers, we were able to code everything by ourselves without extra expenses. And we've made it work!
However, now we see that it grows too slow. And invested in marketing efforts are not already enough. We need to find a way to be more visible on the internet to get more new customers.
First, we turned our heads to classical SEO services. Ok, technical SEO and on-page SEO is good. So now we try to make our blogs and pages understandable for people and robots. However, we decided to avoid "black" or "grey" SEO and buy links. After working with a few SEO companies, we found that they actually can not help us anymore.
Second, we decided to try outreach or posing marketing articles on different blogpost platforms. In theory, it should work well; in practice, the articles should be excellent not to sink in tons of other content. And you need to create a lot of content. The problem we faced here is that no writers/copywriters are working with technical content. We tried a few in different price segments, and the quality of the result text was not good.
Nevertheless, we go in this direction now. I've chosen the following strategy now:
Do you think this could work? Do you have experience switching from coding to content creation?
